FOKP Annual General Meeting
Friends of Killarney Park is a Not-For-Profit Organization that holds a Annual General Meeting for Directors and Members to have their voice heard regarding finances, projects & programs, elections/re-elections, and more! We hope that all of our Members will come to support FOKP!
Logistics for 2025
The 2025 FOKP AGM will be held on August 24th from 3-5pm in Killarney Provincial Park. All Members will receive an AGM email on July 24th, outlining upcoming motions, elections, and re-elections that will need to be voted on at the AGM. There will be an option to attend this meeting both in-person and online. The email sent on July 24th will contain links for those who are unable to attend to vote in advance of the meeting.
Anyone who has become a member after July 24th, up to 7 days in advance of the AGM, will receive this email on August 18th.
Anyone who becomes a member prior to the start of the AGM will be welcome to attend.
Since this invitation is "Members Only", the link to the virtual meeting will only be sent out to current members via their provided email addresses.
